I just watched that martial arts training video.... wow that looks like an intense practice! You can't help but thing the guys are having fun getting to spend a couple hours just knocking the hell out of each other.

You can't undervalue the role of having consistency with the Assistants, under Holton it seemed like a carousel of supporting cast, it's just great to see such dedication from Rev and his entire coaching crew.... Then again I'd stay an extra year or so if it meant an all expenses paid trip to Australia too

Yeah, that martial arts video is cool. Hopefully, it will pay dividends when a Hegarty screen knocks a GU player on his tail next year!
