The best thing about that game is that go one played over 22 min. and most around 17.

Big john actually did some good things in his 14 minutes.
First, he played 14 minutes!
Second, he WAS a pretty big factor in the paint.
Third, he got some swats, even if other guys fouled while he did them.
Fourth, the Pep center tried to push on him in the paint and John just stood there trash talking in the guys ear. "you can't move me"

The whole section started chuckleing...

That's awesome. When a 320 lb dude says, "You can't move me!" in the WCC or basically in any conference in the country, it's true. I can't wait to see him start to get more minutes in the future...this season or next.

Maybe we can get the guys at Chiles to play this next season: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9vuVl0ebpM

Yeah, I actually look forward to the Big John vs. Sacre matchup. I see both of those guys increasing their minutes next season... But, why am I looking ahead? Tonight's game is huge! Hopefully, we'll hear some more trash talking going on...

I was at that game Rochin...About a second after that happened, the air felt like it left the XL Center. UConn fans were very nervous.

The week after that I met Thabeet. He is a very nice young man. He said his shoulder was just fine. I really wanted to thank him for beating Gonzaga.

Yeah losing Dyson and Thabeet would be pretty devastating...

But yeah everything I've heard and read, he seems like a pretty classy, hardworking and well meaning kid, I wouldn't wish that injury on anyone... Well I can think of one player I might, but he doesn't play in college anymore
