The NCAA is freaking out
A court ruled the NCAA ban on student athletes not being allowed to have legal representation in contract negotiations is "arbitrary and capricious", according to the New York Times.
NCAA ban on lawyers for athletes ruled illegal
The next thing you know, some court will rule that they are entitled to minimum wage and protection for the rights of minors.

And the judge rebuked the NCAA for punishing students for complying with court orders that were later reversed, saying that the rule " takes the rule of law as governed by the courts and gives it to an unincorporated business association"
The NCAA says it will appeal.
