Re: US WNT - 2 Pilots
That really is great news. And, if Boxx plays central D as the article indicated she might, that will be even better for Angie. Megan is listed as an attacker, probably her natural spot at that level. Does anybody know why Cox isn't on the roster?
I sure wish we could watch.

Why do I get the feeling that there will be the day that the Women's National team is going to consist of nothing but Pilots?

Re: US WNT - 2 Pilots
Steph seems to be on the bubble since Sundhage became coach of the WNT. She seems to still be unsettled with who she prefers on the starting backline and has been giving looks to other defenders. But with 54 caps, its hard not to consider Steph's "veteran" experience at this level. Wow!? Can you believe that? 54 caps!! She just graduated in 2007! Gotta believe Steph will have a long career with the WNT and continue to add caps!
Good luck to Angie and Megan at Algarve! I'm sure they'll represent UP and the USA very well.
GO PILOTS!!!

Re: US WNT - 2 Pilots
USSoccer finally posted something about the u23 team in Algarve
The team beat England today 3-0 on goals by 3 different players. Jessica got some minutes at the end of the game
http://www.ussoccer.com/articles/viewArticle.jsp_12484627.html
In the Game 2 days ago, Kelsey started and got the 1-0 win as the USA defeated Norway
Jessica played towards the end of that game as well.

It looks like Bill has 'em rolling... The next action will be at a camp here in Portland in April. Stay tuned.

I've been to the Algarve, does that count?
nice warm beaches, topless nubiles, and all the swells in Europe there.

Re: US WNT - 2 Pilots
It counts, sounds like an interesting place. How are the waves, any bodysurfing?
I'm wondering about getting tickets to games and how far apart the venues generally are, etc. I'm probably not going to make it this year, but it is a tournament I've thought about going to and just wondered what the logistics of such a trip might be.
