There's a whole area of Brasilian descriptive naming the Generator doesn't help you with we should try and take advantage of.

Many player's names are descriptive. Maycon (and Maicon) for instance, I'm pretty sure means butterfy. Formiga is an ant. Mineiro is a miner, presumably because he digs for balls or comes from a mining region. Dunga, the Brasilian coach, means "dopey", one of the seven dwarves.

We all know from Kelsey that "Garrett is a ferret". That translates as Doninha.
Kassi told us she's a wall, that's Parede.
A badger translates as Texuga, a pretty good description of Megan's game.

There are also players named after famous fictitious characters. My favorite is Thaîs, a herione in an Anatol France novel and an Opera by Massenet.

So instead of the Generator, we can also look to babelfish.

How about a 'Portland Pilots Name Generator?" Being it is a 'sea faring' sort of team name, like the original Wally Mascot, names would need to be in a maritime theme. I am know known as 'whaling Whhally'

Bring in, 'The Nights Who Say Ne!"

I'll have to meditate on that one.

Oh, Man!

How could you not love the name of an Opera that gave us this:

The instrument is a 1727 Stradivarius named the Barrere. Some call it one of the best.
It sounds good even on youtube.
