Lute Olsen Leaves Arizona... Mike Moser Comes to UP?

Ha ha... only in my wildest dreams. But, I know that we did recruit Moser really hard, and it's possible he could leave Arizona now that Olsen is retiring. I don't know... just fun to think about, even though I know it's not going to happen.

For those who don't know, Mike Moser plays for Grant here in Portland... a 6'7" athletic small forward... super talented... exactly what the Pilots need... sigh.

Sure why not!! I'll take Abdul Gaddy as well!! I'll take a 6'3" PG rated #2 in his class as well. Maybe I can talk to him and work something out...

I mean he could be the second Bellarmine Prep Alumnus in the Pilot HOF after my former Dean of Students Steve Anstett!! (Well that is unless Megan Sweeney or Janelle Jacka beats Abdul to it....)

Ooooh! Way to bust out Steve Anstett's name! How about this Pilot HOF name drop: Cincinnatus Powell!

Steve Anstett used to come into my 1st Period Honors American Lit class my Jr year in HS and chuck Koosh balls at us to "warm us up" up before class... Then my real teacher would walk in, Anstett would say "Welp have fun with your nerds, I have to go teach some dumbasses" Classic!

And Cincinnatus!!!! BEST NAME EVER.... Rochin54 better put that in the hopper for first born child names...

Noted. It now stands in a five-way race with Melchisadek, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abedonego.

Oooh... if you're going Biblical, I always liked Ham, Shem, and Japheth.

Now wait a minute!! I don't recall giving permission to anyone to use my long-held handle as the name for their first born. They can have the others but lay off Shadrach - it's taken!

We'll just have to be happy with Snorri Sturluson, I guess....

It would be nice for Abdul Gaddy of Bellarmine Prep (who's also committed to Arizona) to change his mind and come to UP too...I can only dream.

If a player isn't willing to play defense I hardly see Rev's system as a good one for them, but it will be interesting to see where Moser ends up... again...

Lute Olsen leaving Ariz. won't mean too much to Moser, he went to UCLA,in fact he gotr in for a few min. near the end when the pilots played them in LA
