I wonder if the band is playing "Conqueror"?

The only songs they know are that one and "Fight On." They play them over and over as a form of psychological warfare.

I wonder what's going on in this game. The GT has been stuck on 74 minutes forever. I even logged out and back in and it still says 74 minutes. This game should be way over by now.

This almost always means the home team lost and the gametracker person packed up and went home in disgust.

Too bad. I guess we have to root for Stanford on Halloween.

Oh, crap.

I just saw that UCLA had a live audio feed. I guess we'll just have to wait

The attendance for the game fell well short of the projected 15,000 I see. Still, the 7804 is the second largest regular season crowd in history, surpassed only by a A&M - UNC game in Texas in 2006 (8204)

Congrats for that.

They claim they had about 15,000 presold. That means 7,996 people paid not to see this game. That is more than actually went. Its a shame but that is LA.

They had to try this at USC's place because Bruin fans do not support the team. Its really kind of sad because they have such a great team year after year.

I watched the game on line. It was pretty close. Lauren Cheney hurt what looked to be her ankle towards the end of the game, went off the field, and did not return. On the sideline, she had her shoe off, her foot up, and ice on it. She looked pretty unhappy and a number of the UCLA players stopped by to see make contact with her. The commentators didn't know whether the injury was serious or not. By the way, the commentators were quite good and accurate in their comments, notwithstanding that they were from USC.
