Btw Geezer yes USD was the team that took USC to double ot and lost 1-0. They were looking for their 10 win against UCLA but didn't get it. Because guess who scored...Lauren Cheney in the fifth minute.

That means UCLA will be going in their 85th minute without a goal when they start against USD on Sunday. It would be quite a feat to hold them off at home. UCLA has won 41 straight games at home! Time for an upset.

I've always assumed it rhymed with Sally.

FYI... UCLA beat USD 3-0. The Toreros held them scoreless for the first half (even saved a PK!) but then UCLA really poured it on in the second. UCLA out-shot then 20-9, so if you judge on that it sounds like they controlled the game. You can read the game recap here:
