Re: Whoa Pilot Nation!
Haha I'm pretty sure Pilot Nut mentioned it had something to do with the server location being the clock location.... So wherever the server happens to be is the "official" time of Pilot Nation....

Right, Rochin. My memory often needs a little nudge before it kicks in.
So, big shots. (That means you too, Stonehouse!) Any idea where the server is located at?
I realize this could be a "who cares" kind of question. If so, let's get out of this thread and on to something with a little more 'sizzle'. (Isn't 'sizzle' a cool word or what? Wait - don't answer that. It will bring you down to my 4th grade level. Sorry for the insult, 4th graders!)

Well, since the server switches to a new day before it hits midnight here, it's safe to assume it's probably in Central or Eastern time zones.

I believe the "forum clock" is 2 hours ahead of Pacific Daylight Time... Central Time Zone.

Thank you for the apparent definitive answer PilotNut, and thanks also Stonehouse.

Alien abduction is still the only answer I accept for the missing posts.

I confess... It was me. I just wanted everyone's post number to go down to make me feel like less of a slacker. But if you still want to credit my dirty work to the aliens I'll take it.

Geez, thanks for making it easier for us to try and understand you. We have all PM'd each other repeatedly for several months now trying to figure you out. An encyclopedic mind. Along with short ridiculous answers to the most basic questions. And your insistence that you live in a retirement community where a big nurse chases you around with a hypodermic needle filled with who knows what.
Alien abduction. I have always been a skeptic. But somehow it's the only way to begin to understand you...

Hey nurse... Geezer's right over there...
(but for what it's worth, the film adaptation didn't come close to Kesey's literary Ratched...)
