Former Pilot coaching at La Salle!

Just noticed this today. According to the school's website, Canaan Chatman is now an assistant coach at good old LSHS.

Wow, that is so great. Canaan was the man... great player and did a lot of work coaching younger kids locally after his UP days were done. Guess I'll have to head out to the Brick Oven for a game this winter.
Oh and by the way, have you heard there are plans to build a new gym over by where the Emmert Field sign is on the Fuller Rd side of the football field? Probably won't happen for a while, but it could be really cool.
