In the other games today
The USA next faces Japan, which upset China 2-0 in another quarterfinal in Qinhuangdao, and will play the rest of the Games in Beijing. The teams met in group play, with Lloyd's goal giving the USA a 1-0 win.
On the other side of the bracket, favorites Brazil and Germany advanced. Brazil beat Norway 2-1 in Tianjin, while Germany needed extra time to see off Sweden 2-0 in Shenyang.

Location: Lowry the tailor lived there when boys were boys. In his day he was fond of the gun. He always carried his powder loose in the tail pocket of his coat. He usually had in his mouth a short dudeen; but in an evil moment he put the dudeen, lighted, in the pocket among the powder. Mr. Lowry was an eccentric man.

Re: USA-CAN *SPOILERS*
According to Christine Sinclair's blog (here), the entire team is staying through the closing ceremonies. I think they can make an exception for Sophie.
