New Athletics Website!!!

yeah, This morning I checked it when I was having coffee. At 8:35 it was the old site, at 8:40 it was the new one. I guess it depends on when your provider checks its mirrors for updates.

It has some nice additions. When it's done I think it will be a nice improvement.I notice now the archives o back one more year to 2000. It's a start.

some of the locations are empty, so I imagine it will take a little while to fill them all in.

I've been to it a few times and it looks nice, but unless I'm not looking in the right place, there are game write-ups, but the box scores are gone, at least for basketball and baseball....

I'm assuming that's what the "details" column on the schedule is for. If you click on it now, nothing happens.

Hopefully, something will soon.

There seem to be several things still "missing" from the site that should come on soon.

Also, when I look at the site at work, on the home page, everything displays in a column... so the Video window, and the poll, are underneath the headlines. And are the headlines supposed to rotate? They dont for me.

I tried to vote in the poll last night and couldnt...

Hopefully all the bugs are worked out soon... the fall seasons are just around the corner...

Anyone notice when you click on the 'Calendar' and the date for the first women's soccer match that there is a 'Live Video' link? The site it links to doesn't have Women's Soccer as a subscription option. What does this mean?! How can they be so cruel?

Seriously, if they offered live video for real, they could pretty much name their price as far as I'm concerned.

There will be streaming of soccer games this year, with a setup similar to events in Chiles Center last year... per game prices and season prices... with the season prices being a huge discount... so you are in luck, ninja!

Hopefully everything on the new site shakes out soon... still lots of things to fill in.

I don't see any news about Michele Scifo taking the HC job at Lincoln on the Pilots website. I also don't see a button anywhere that says "news" that I can click on.

Not real impressed so far with the site. Hopefully they'll work all the bugs out and it will turn out great.

Haha I just noticed on the website whenever you switch sports it has a cool little flash at the top that makes the logo do some jazzy things and then pics from each respective sport you happen to be viewing pop up.... Maybe I'm just easily entertained by anything shiny but I like it
