The interviews are great, and the "small talk" by the hosts before and after the interview are excellent... Getting the ear of Blazer fans is not easy, and I think these guys are doing a great job, and Rev is a great fit.

I love the new intro. Love it.

As we have said all along, we are not going to instantly fill Chiles Center based solely on potential and good press (both of which there has been tons of so far in this pre-season and early OOC season) after decades of misery.

Playing Oregon, UCLA, Butler/Minnesota, and likely another solid team in Anaheim... if we can come away with some results in 2, 3 or 4 of those games (showing that they werent just flukes), we should really see attention grow going into the PSU home game on 12/2/09. We need some "pelts on the wall" to get butts back in the seats... We know that SU and EWU are solid wins for us, but they arent flashy and sadly dont sell tickets to the yet-to-be-informed fans...

Today they ended by talking about having to reschedule for next Wednesday because next Thursday is Christmas Eve.

Rev: "It's okay. I'll get to my kids eventually. You two are the highlight of my week....

"Of course, next Wednesday is the 23rd. It's not the last shopping day; for me it's THE shopping day. I might be giving you a live report from a mall."

I was able to catch Rev this afternoon. He is hopeful to get a birth in the NIT, but thinks they are on the bubble. Having a couple of team who won their regular season conference championship, but not their tournament doesn't help.

A bit of good news is that Raivio has been getting better and is shooting very well. He should be available for the post season.
