Pilots take two from Santa Clara

I went digging through the archives, and this is the first time the Pilots have won a series with the Broncos since 2002. Barring a 12-run sixth-inning meltdown on Saturday, I'd say this was a pretty nice weekend.

Nice to see the Pilots bounce back after a tough home series. vs. LMU.

It would be great to steal a couple from USD this weekend on The Bluff.

I was going to mention that Friday would be a good day to see a top prospect in action. USD's probable starter will be Brian Matusz, who will probably go early in the first round of the MLB draft this year. Some wins this weekend will be nice indeed.

Yeah, I think he leads the nation in KO's. This will be a tough matchup for the pilots.

Is next weeks game against OSU at PGE or not?
